Fee: $2250.00 including research, general sessions, workshops, clinics, continental breakfasts, keynotes, luncheons, on-going refreshments, receptions, complete conference documentation, and newly-released books from author speakers.

Same Company Discount: If more than two people from the same company attend, each additional person after the second will receive a 25% discount.

Cancellations: Full refund for all cancellations received in writing on or before September 8, 2006. Full refund minus $250 cancellation charge for any cancellations received in writing between September 11 & 22, 2006. No refunds for any cancellations received after September 22, 2006. If for any reason PME Enterprises LLC decides to cancel this conference at any time, PME Enterprises LLC sole liability is restricted to the full amount of the registration fees received.

Substitutions: Substitutions of enrolled delegates may be made, without charge, at any time. Conference content subject to change without notice.
